Our Sheffield Innovation Programme – led with the University of Sheffield, offers free consultancy. To date, the programme has helped several hundred SMEs across the region access academic expertise and facilities to help innovation and bring new products and services into the market.

What next?

The University is already a national leader in offering degree apprenticeships – a new way for businesses to directly train and recruit degree level graduates.

The new National Centre of Excellence for Degree Apprenticeships at Sheffield Hallam is supported by the Sheffield City Region Local Enterprise Partnership and works with local business to address skills gaps in priority sectors.
